Ingredients 

+  10 Juice Plus Fruit Blend Soft Chews, dissolved in the juice of 1 lime
+  1 peeled cucumber, chopped
+  15 mint leaves
+  1 tbsp mint syrup
+  8.4 fl oz water
+  1/2 cup fresh lime juice
+  1 additional lime, juiced

 

 

Directions  

  1. Mix cucumber and mint leaves in a blender, then strain the puree through a fine-mesh strainer, pressing on the solids to extract all of the liquid.
  2. Add the mint syrup, water, and dissolved chews.
  3. Pour your liquid into popsicle molds and freeze in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  4. Remove when frozen and enjoy!
