Ingredients
+ 10 Juice Plus Fruit Blend Soft Chews, dissolved in the juice of 1 lime
+ 1 peeled cucumber, chopped
+ 15 mint leaves
+ 1 tbsp mint syrup
+ 8.4 fl oz water
+ 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
+ 1 additional lime, juiced
Directions
- Mix cucumber and mint leaves in a blender, then strain the puree through a fine-mesh strainer, pressing on the solids to extract all of the liquid.
- Add the mint syrup, water, and dissolved chews.
- Pour your liquid into popsicle molds and freeze in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- Remove when frozen and enjoy!
